The Program


Is designed to get your heart rate up, and keep your heart rate up. Don't worry, you're going to build some muscle in the process also! 

Here is what you need:


Resistance Band | A Set of Dumbbells | Desire to get better


The basics of "The Program" workout:

- 8 rounds
- 4 exercises (each round)
- 40 seconds of work
- 20 seconds of rest
- Repeat
